General cancellation policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, either by email or letter, to be considered valid. The effective date of cancellation is the date your written notice is received by Ocean Vista Travels.
For written requests, email reservationoceanVista@gmail.com or oceanvistamaldives@gmail.com. You may also send a letter to the address listed below.
Cancellation fees and refunds
| Notice received | Refund |
|---|---|
| More than 30 days before departure | Full refund, less a US$50 processing fee. |
| 15–30 days before departure | 50% of the total amount paid. |
| 14 days or less before departure | No refund. |
Non-refundable items
Additional services, including travel insurance and special excursions that have been booked and confirmed, are non-refundable.
Changes to reservations
Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact Ocean Vista Travels to discuss any changes you would like to make.
Events beyond our control
Ocean Vista Travels is not responsible for cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest or other extraordinary events.
In these circumstances, we will work with you to offer alternative options or reschedule your trip.
